Returns Policy

We always want you to be happy with your new KULT pieces, which is why we offer a 30 day exchange period. Return requests must be received within 30 days from the order's original delivery date in order to be exchanged.

Items received after 30 days will be accepted for store credit exclusively. You are responsible for return postage costs during this process.

Starting Your Return & Exchange

Should you wish to exchange your item, first you must lodge your return with us via email to or reach out to us on social media. From there we can provide you with the return address for your order and then gather the information we need to exchange your order for the correct item(s) or size.

If we are unable to supply you with the correct size or style due to stock issues, an e-gift card will be provided. This will not expire and will be for the full amount of your order minus postage costs.

Once we have accepted your request for a return, your item must reach us within 14 business days to be eligible for the exchange. Items received outside of this period will be returned directly to you. Should your item need to be returned to you, a postage payment will be required so that we are able to carry out this additional shipment.

Please be sure to thoroughly read each product description before finalising your purchase as exchanges/refunds will not be granted for misunderstandings or if you change your mind after your order has been delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds and direct reimbursements will only be issued for items that have arrived damaged or in faulty condition. In the event that you receive a damaged item within your order, please supply the necessary proof via email to or reach out to us on social media.

Refunds will not be issued on orders where an incorrect size or colour has been ordered. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size or style, we'd be happy to exchange your item for a more appropriate one at your request.


Damaged Garments

All items are hand packaged individually and assessed before dispatch to ensure that you only receive the best possible quality. It is very unlikely that your items will be damaged in transit, but if you really do feel your item is damaged or faulty, please lodge a query via our online contact form or to and we will assist you from there.
