COVID-19 NOTICE — DECEMBER 2020
I would like to personally thank each and every person reading this notice for your support, patronage, and most of all: your patience over the last twelve months.
This year I decided to mark the cut-off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery as the 1st of December, simply because I did not want to risk disappointing anyone in light of the postal delays caused by the pandemic. Sadly, even after following Royal Mail's "guaranteed" last posting dates for Christmas, a number of packages that were dispatched in early December have not yet been delivered due to delays.
If your order has already been dispatched, but has not yet arrived, please don't worry. I encourage you to reach out via one of the below methods for a status update on your order.
If you require a status update for an order which has yet to be dispatched, please also reach out through a contact option listed below.
There is currently a noticeable delay in responses to email enquiries, and at this time I would recommend reaching out via Instagram for a faster response.
